Kenji Takahashi: persistent, un-gated signal (2025)

#Non-trivial inconsistency
#epistemic overflow
#dynamics of impossible worlds

Consider states of affairs governed by paraconsistent, dialetheic, or non-monotonic logics where explicit contradictions or structural impossibilities hold without inducing logical explosion—and the phenomenology of a persistent, un-gated signal.

In standard information theory and classical modal metaphysics, signals are conditionally bounded: gating mechanisms (filters, thresholds, logical operators, and observational boundaries) select, discretize, and validate data to preserve consistent structural state transitions within possible worlds. When a signal is rendered permanently un-gated, it operates as an unrelenting, high-bandwidth flux that bypasses regulatory logic, continuously introducing over-determined and mutually exclusive states into the receiving system simultaneously.

By modeling the receiving system not as a closed classical automaton, but as an open dynamic node.
The un-gated signal forces the system beyond the boundaries of standard Kripke semantics, necessitating an impossible-worlds framework where local inconsistent states can persist stably without collapsing the global architecture.
epistemic overflow: Rather than degrading into semantic noise, the un-gated signal functions as an actualized impossible world—a localized environment of hyper-dense, non-trivial contradiction that alters the physical and cognitive geometry of the receiving apparatus.
An impossible world made accessible—a sustained, generative state of non-explosive structural paradox.

could we say the randomness of qm constitutes impossible worlds? just asking

i mean quantum noise (decoherence, vacuum zero-point energy) forces an impossible topological state to collapse into a classical "possible worlds". --aaron
